Survey Time at MAX!

MAX is conducting its annual passenger survey for fixed route and reserved ride services. The survey period is Monday, Sept. 17-Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012.

We invite all passengers to complete a survey that week while riding the bus or visiting the Padnos Center. Surveys also are available on the MAX website (see below for survey links). The surveys are available in English or Spanish, and customers may complete one survey for each service they use.

Surveys are not only required by the Federal Transit Administration, but are an essential tool for evaluating performance, measuring customer satisfaction, and identifying areas for improvement.  We’d like to hear from you, and appreciate your participation in our survey!
