Everyone loves a visit from our furry kangaroo mascots, "MAX" and "MAXINE"! The transit mascots make dozens of appearances each year at community and special events to promote the benefits of transit.

Groups and organizations requesting a mascot appearance must submit a MASCOT REQUEST FORM at least 10 business days prior to their event.

Please note the following guidelines for MAX mascots appearances:

• Mascots are available only to non-profit organizations and groups for their special/community events; mascots do not make private appearances for commercial companies, private families or groups, or for-profit establishments unless the event is a cooperative promotion with MAX Transit.
• Appearances are limited to no more than three (3) hours of duration with at least two (2) 10 minute breaks during their appearance.
• MAX Transit cannot guarantee the availability of its mascots but makes every attempt to honor requests.
• Mascot appearances are free of charge
