Lost and Found Items
Leave something behind on one of our buses or at the transfer center? Check the Lost and Found section at the Padnos Center or call Customer Service at (616) 355-1010. You can also contact us directly online and we will get back with you as soon as possible. Items will be held for 30 days, and if unclaimed, will be donated to charity. MAX is unable to deliver items found on the bus to passengers. You will have to pick up your item(s) at the Padnos Center (171 Lincoln Ave, Suite 20, Holland, MI 49423).
